Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this case about the machine not initializing.  Make sure that you have the machine plugged into a dedicated outlet and not a power strip or extension cord.  If the solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Color Qube 8570 will not power up past 15% warmup

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Had to do a restart on CC8570 - power down and back up. The printer will not advance past the 15% warm-up point. Also, the buttons are not working either. Any suggestions.
