I have a color problem, sometimes Bleu is grey...
I have this problem when printing and when copying, so it's not a driver problem i think.
I have the same result on all C7020 but it's well printing on other printer.
You can view the result on other printer on the top of the picture and the result with C7020 on the down of the picture.
I read all docuement but i don't found answer :(
Please could you help me
