I change the PWB unit and now back to normal.

It looks like the YMC drum drive pwb (part no. 960K37020) is faulty.

It will be better if you upload some images here.

It could be dirty MOB sensor, dirty laser windows or a defective ROS (laser unit).

Hello everyone
I have DCP700i. I can't get the CMY calibration on center of the paper and the only correct is the black. As the 3 colors bars start from 8.5cm and it ends exceeding the paper edge plus very poor printing colors quality. (No error code showing)
Please would anyone help to figure what's wrong?
