Color dragging

I'm having the same problem on a Phaser 6180.  No error or warning messages but on most pages there is a blank spot where there should be color, and the color for that spot will be deposited somewhere else on the page.  In other places, the color isn't "dragged" or moved, but doesn't look smooth like it does almost everywhere on the page, rather it looks clumpy.  Shaking the toner cartridges might have helped a bit but it's hard to tell since it's an intermittent problem.

I have a Xerox Phaser 7750 and have replace the Fuser, Waste Cartridge, Imaging Unit, etc.  Still getting color "dragged" across the page.  It doesn't happen to all of the pages but is happening on most

Please help!
