Buying a Fuser did not fix the problem and only cost me $240.  Please help!!!  Real Help!!!

Hello dougg,

You could try a firmware upgrade if you need one, but not sure if that would impact image quality. I would recommend calling Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797.

Neither worked. Could the firmware update impact this?

Color is not priting correctly

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I get color ghosting on every docuemnt I print that has color.  See example below.  HELP!20230206_124810.jpg
