Color is washed out

Product Name: Phaser 6360
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

HI! I've noticed recently that my color on my Phaser 6360 is washed out. I thought I was low on a color, but swapped it out and I am not. We did the color calibrations and printed out the test sheets and the color reference sheet and the images and colors print perfect, but when I print from my laptop to the printer, it is still washed out. Is there a setting that I need to alter on my computer or in the printer settings?

Reinstall the Xerox driver using this method here.

What you are describing is what happens when Microsoft updates the OS and replaces the Xerox driver with one of their own Class Drivers
