Color options grayed out

try deleting the printer then ALSO the driver package from the print server , restart the spooler and install the printer and driver again :)

I have a Xerox WC 7545 setup through a Windows Server 2008 r2 server. All of a sudden the color options are grayed out. Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it? I have tried changing the driver and then changing it back. Short of deleting the printer and redeploying it I don't see how I can fix this option. Any help would be appreciated.
