I would try doing a light stripe elimination.
If that does not work Check for:
• Obstruction or debris around the Drum scraping the image on the Drum
• Properly functioning Head Maintenance Wiper Blade
• Debris or foreign material in and around the Drum Maintenance Unit
And if that does not help, please consider contacting xerox for a technician.

Im having some issues with a qube 8570 that is not printing using the cyan ink.
there is no error message only the prints are all in magenta when we try to print in blue or cyan.
we are using original ink.
Can anybody help me with this?
