Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the error code 94, 700.  Clean the rollers in the tray by following the steps in the solution for cleaning.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Color qube 8570N - Error code 94,700.00:39804

Hi there, my ColorQube started giving me this code since 2 days and it keeps shutting off.

I pulled out the maintenance kit, thinking it was the problem, because it was pretty dirty and there was a plastic knife in front of the metal knife, that was wrinkled and out of place, replaced the kit with a new one, but still that same error message, printer warms up to 30-40% and when I try a print, it plots some of the image to the drum, but than the paper jams and the code appears. My bottom tray wont work because the maintenance kit leaked oil over the rollers and they can`t feed the paper into the printer, so I`m using the bypass tray to feed the paper in. Any ideas where to look for the problem?
