ColorCube 8700 issues printing to C5 paper size

On our ColorCube 8700 we are having issues printing to C5 paper size.  In our program we select printing to "C5 Envelope (162 x 229 mm)" and when we put that paper in tray 2 we confirm that we have loaded that size.  But when the job comes through it won't print saying "Resources Required".  The job details show it to be looking for "6.4 x 9" paper size, and there seems to be no way to get it to print out.

investigating more on this, there seems to be a "Paper Substitution" screen on the printer, but I don't see how to add additional paper sizes to the list.  For example, if the job is looking for "6.4 x 9" I would like it to print on the "C5 Envelope" that the printer thinks it has in it.  Any ideas on how to do this?
