I have a ColorQube 8570 and I have loaded it with A4 paper.
My printer preferences are set to use A4 paper.
I am sending a print job from Excel, explicitly setting it to A4 size on it, but the printer keeps asking for Letter size paper.
The driver 'default settings' are the only place where it says the default is letter, but if I change it and click on 'Apply' it does not stick. Going out and back in to the 'printer defaults' still shows letter size.
Any advice on how to solve this issue? It should be a simple setting, but it seems to have something sticking to the wrong size and auto-resizing te print job somewhere.
