ColorQube 8570 - Printer Error:99,018.00:20889

Hello,

I have a ColorQube 8570, upon startup the printer is asking to open and close the ink door C. Also, it's getting the following Printer Error:99,018.00:20889.

I really hope someone could help me out.

The fault code means:

99,018 PEST - Main Tray Deskew Clutch Disconnect

• Reboot the printer and verify the error persists.
• Check the Clutch’s wiring connection.

I have the same problem on two printers. I did all the procedures manual. I have also noticed that the network card does not work. The way is changing the electronics module.
