Hi!
The driver has been corrupted due to the update, what you'll need to do is to remove all traces of the old driver and restart the machine (When you've removed the printer / driver, check that nothing is left under library -> printers), reinstall the newest driver for 10.10 using the installer from this site.
You can try following this when installing the new driver:
1. Download the printer driver from the homepage:
http://www.support.xerox.com/support/engb.html
2. Run the file and follow the installation instructions.
(When installing a printer you may be asked to choose the right model
in a list, if this does not happen you can do the following)
3. Choose System Preferences -> Print and Fax.
4. Press the plus (+) sign:
5. Press the “Ip” Tab and write down the information as following:
Protocol
You can use more protocols than this though these could be turned off and will need to be
activated in CWIS, LDP is the standard protocol.
Address
The IP-address for the printer should be here...
Queue
Because LPD is built on a queue-system, this should always be entered.
Standard on a Xerox printer is “lp”. (LP)
Name
Optional name on printer.
Location
Optional Information on where the printer is located.
Print Using
Here you can choose the correct printer driver.
Though this should automatically generate when the printers IP-address is entered.
Hope it helps!
Best Regards
Kimzi

Hello gardengirl.
If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: ColorQube 8570
Alternatively, you can visit our Contact Us page for other support options.
Since upgrading to OS 10.10, my ColorQube 8570 won't print. I get a message that says "printer is not responding." I have installed the new printer driver from Xerox, v. 3.4.3. I spent two hours on the phone with Apple Support, troubleshooting this problem, and their conclusion was that it is a Xerox software problem, but I haven't seen this issue here. Anyone else having trouble? I can still print using my laptop, which is running OS 10.9.5, so this isn't an issue with hardware or cables, etc.
