Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are using the PostScript driver please try the PCL driver. Also you can try uninstalling the driver and reinstalling. If these suggestions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We just installed this printer about a month ago, love the color and the speed but we are having a problem which seems to be getting worse. First we were attempting to print a Word document with an Excel graph embedded. 4 pages in, it started sprewing dozens of garbage pages. We saved it as a pdf and were able to print. Today we were printing reports from Portfolio Center (software) and we got the garbage pages again. After that the pages were misaligned. After rebooting the printer it is printing OK again, but know it's going to happen again. Our support person said the drivers are new and it is just an anomaly. So far in the past two weeks, it's occured at least 5 times.
