Yeah, it should move, if you can't fix it, they are easily replaceable and can be purchased online

Operating System: Windows 7 x64

My printer (ColorQube 8570DN) has problem with grabing the paper. It takes half of the page and then shows the error. I'm taking about bottom drawer.
I disassembled the seprator roller and it doen't spin easy (smoothly). Shoud it spin easy? Can it be the case of my problem?
