ColorQube 8570 printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

<->Using Win7 workstation; prints garbage when I try to print a 124 page MS Word document.  Stops at anywhere from 40 pages to 99 pages; stops at different page each time printed.  Updated firmware and still not working.
