ColorQube 8570N Phantom Paper Jam Alert

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The ColorQube is calling out a paper jam with a code of 89,121 (C3T3). Checking all available access places reveals no paper nor parts of paper to be found. Cycling power to the printer has the jam message return before the printer finishes initializing.
