Hi MattyMatterson,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have not heard of this happening and there is not a setting that would cause this.  Please try powering off the printer for one minute and then power back on.  As a last resort you can also try resetting the machine to see if that will fix the problem.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

ColorQube 8570dn printing manual

Hi. We have a ColorQube 8570DN in an office and there's been reports of it printing off 8 pages randomly 30-60 minutes after printing a document.
The manual consists of the menu map page (2 pages), A connection setup page (3), and Paper tips pages (3).
I haven't been able to replicate the problem so I'm not sure if it's something they're doing or not.

Is there a setting that will print off these select pages specifically? I doubt it's someone going in and choosing to print 3 things on the menus, since I've heard of it happening multiple times in the past.
