Oddly the fault is for Cyan not black.
You did run the Eliminate Light Stripes procedure right?
To clean the printhead using the basic eliminate light stripes procedure:
We are having some issues with a ColorQube 8580. It recently started giving a error "93,599.00:3611" and locking up the entire system. I have been unable to figure out what this error means. When it gets this error, the printer is completely unresponsive. Sometimes rebooting the printer will bypass the error problem, others it goes right back into the errored state.
When the printer does manage to boot completely it will print, but there is still an issue. The black seems distorted or displaced on the printer. Below is a snip of the issue I am seeing. Near the edges of the paper the text seems better, but more to the center the numbers are completely unreadable. YOu can als see the S and second T in test as well a some other letters have some serious issues. I have run both the 'cleanings' avaliable in the printer menu, and have cleaned the plastic strip in the printer as indicated in the troubleshooting guides, but the problem persists.
Anyone have any ideas?
