Ya we ended up retiring the printer shame really the print quality was amazing but with only a year and a half out of it would not recommend another one.

I've got the same error on a QC8580. Can you please tell me how to get into service mode on the printer?

On a QC8580 the display is also showing an error 91,720.00:xxxxx. This obviously means there is a Printhead Tilt Fault. On several pages on the internet (http://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/Xerox-ColorQube-8570-8870-Error-91-720-00-XX/td-p/117500 and https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1324742-xerox-colorqube-8570-error-91-720-00-14622-any-button...) they are talking about a (secret) service button combination in order to get into de service menu of the printer. Resetting the service error log should work (??).
Does anyone know this service button combination?

There are a few things to try here.
Fault codes can be looked up here.
Do not use the 25182 portion in a lookup though, it isn't part of the fault itself, it is when the fault occured, so in this case they got a printhead tilt fault while, or just after printing their 25,182nd page
Have tried rebooting a couple times and still getting this error. Booted into service mode and tried clearing the error log and it rebooted a couple times to come back to the same error message.
Is there any resources to look up error codes?
