Re: ColorQube 8700 printing jobs stuck on "processing"

Hi Sander,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please make sure that you have upgraded your machine to the latest firmware. If the problem seems to occur with PDFs then please use the Print as Image setting in Adobe and see if that fixes the issue.  If this does not help then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Re: ColorQube 8700 printing jobs stuck on "processing"

I have this issue on a regular basis on a Xerox WX7535 what can be the cause?

and do I have to call in Xerox everytime to fix it?

all they did in the past was nvram initialize (network controller) and reload clone.

and it was/is fixed.

but not for long.

Last time was 3 weeks ago and now again all jobs on hold

I think I have "killer pdf" files here that knock-out a Xerox

We can do that ourselves now we have seen the procedure so many times now, but it takes so long. is there a permanent solution?

Please help!

Kind Regards
Sander

ColorQube 8700 printing jobs stuck on "processing"

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My colorQube 8700 worked perfectly for 4 days, then my jobs get stuck "processing." In the active jobs window in centerware, the status for the same jobs are stuck in "decomposing." I try to delete the jobs on the printer and in centerware, but nothing seems to delete the jobs. I have tried rebooting and installing the new firmware which is 071.160.101.36000. After rebooting, jobs are still stuck in processing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
