try configure your tcp ip port on the port tab of your driver to lpr mode with queue name LP

also enable byte counting

Two quick things to check:

- Firmware of the Xerox machine
- Latest driver? (I recommend the PS)

If it does have an older driver on it I would uninstall the driver from the OS - depending on the OS you can find the directions or instructions online or just ask.

ColorQube 9201 Printing issues

any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. We have a customer in the field with a 9201 and they have intermittent problems with printing to the colorqube. They will print a document and get weird characters down the side of the page. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to irritate the customer. I am having their I.T. disable the advanced printing features in the default driver settings. Please let me know if that could possibly fix it or if their may be another solution.
