try to print with lpr mode with queue name = LP
default the TCP IP port is setup in raw mode, you can change that to LPR
also upgrade to the latest global 5.216.drivers, they resolve a lot of problems
also upgrade your machine to the latest firmware, call xerox to obtain version : 061.0x0.221.15900

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. We have a customer in the field with a 9201 and they have intermittent problems with printing to the colorqube. They will print a document and get weird characters down the side of the page. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to irritate the customer. I am having their I.T. disable the advanced printing features in the default driver settings. Please let me know if that could possibly fix it or if their may be another solution.
