ColorQube 9201: Problem with booklet mode, characters missing in printout

you can maybe try the PCL driver instead?

of upload the font to the machine? on the downloads and drivers section , you can find a font managment uitility to upload your font to the machine, maybe that will help...

We are using a ColorQube 9201.

Only when printing pdfs in booklet mode we encounter:

1) ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: OYBGQS+FrutigerLTStd-Cn STACK: false

2) Characters missing in printout, for example all "B"-s and some other characters are missing

"Print as image" has not helped, neither has "Font and Resource Policy" > “Send for Each Page”

Is this a known problem? Is there a solution?
