HI,

 

I guess the popup is on there computer, if thats the case than most likely the job notification option in the driver is turned on.

 

easy to turn it off,

 

right click the driver and go to properties > Configuration, by directional setup > and turn job notification off, apply and ok

 

this should stop the popups

ColorQube 9202 Clear Log

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Good Afternoon

 

We have a Colourqube 9202, is there any way to clear the completed print jobs list? When a user prints they get a pop up box appear with the last 25+ jobs that have been printed including the user's name and title of the document.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
