After replacing the barrtery it works now perfectly !

It is not an ordinary battery and after replacing it maybe is needed to reinstall the software by AltBoot-ing.

The support ask me 500€ ... if it's just a battery it's a bit expensive ...
thank's. I'm going to try to replace this battery.

Hi,

Do what the machine say to do: "contact the support!. It is a problem with a drained battery on the NVM PWB that need to be replaced.

I have a colorqube 9202.
When switching on, he asks me to set the date, the time ...
Then the printer starts again and asks for the date, the time ... again
After 2 rebootI have a screen that tells me to contact the support.
Do you know where the problem may come from? software or hardware?
