Do what the machine say to do: "contact the support!. It is a problem with a drained battery on the NVM PWB that need to be replaced.

The support ask me 500€ ... if it's just a battery it's a bit expensive ...
thank's. I'm going to try to replace this battery.
It is not an ordinary battery and after replacing it maybe is needed to reinstall the software by AltBoot-ing.
After replacing the barrtery it works now perfectly !
