seems after every firmware update, you need to enable banner and disable banner on the machine

this also happens with other models like 75xx , 93xx series ....

I had the same problem after upgrading two ColorQubes to 061.050.220.30800.

I fixed it by turning banner pages back on,, applying, and then turning back off. This was down via the web UI.

Hope this helps

it shoud be supported... wait a few days for the new firmware version , there should be a new release with lots of fixes... look for version : 061.050.221.00300 or 061.080.221.00300  , depending of your type of device

Hi,

The driver help has this :

Note: Banner Sheets must also be enabled on the printer to print Banner Sheets.

Which suggets this can be controlled by the printer. Is this not supported?

Many thanks....

yes , you can default this in the driver , if you go the printing preferences , then advanced tab , there is a setting in the paper column :  banner/print identification sheet On/Off

Hi... and thaks for your relpy.

Is this a software (driver) problem? I guess I want the printer to do the work, it does modify the job as it inserts a time and date.  I've changed the printing processor from RAW and back again, I'm afraid it made no difference.

Failing this, is there a setting in the driver that I can set as default and will override anything a user will send to the printer?

Thanks again...

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi all,

We have a number of ColorQubes and since a firmware upgrade (061.050.220.30800) they have started to print a banner page.  Can someone tell me even though the printer has been configured to NOT Allow the Print Driver to Override do I still get the banner page.  I can modify the driver on each PC but thought this option would do the job.

Many thanks in advance....

Dylan
