Hi,

couple of tests that we can start with to try understand behaviour.

1. attempt to install print driver on a client PC. Install it localy. Attempt printing 2 copies and secureprint.
2. Using the printer object that is working as intended you can try 2 things:

      1. print a file using a print to file option, you must configure the print job as you would print it so.. secure print selected and 2 or 3 copies on the job. This will save you the print ready file (prn). You can use this to sent it to the other devices via LPR or CWIS.

      2. You can change the ip address on the printer object to point to another printer and try.

Good morning all,

I have 3 brand new ColorQube 9303 MFPs. Two of the three are fine. The one giving issues, there are two. First, sending a word document to the printer, say, a 2 page document but I want 3 copies, it only prints one. This is with everything. Also, sending a secureprint job to the printer, it prints like a normal job. All the printers are using the same print server and same driver. Will isolate the printer and try a couple things.
