Colored dots on printed pages

Hi TammyL,

thanks for responding to our post. We actually already did that but it seems like our warranty ran out just some time ago. The support department recommend us to book a technician who will then investigate the issue locally. Unfortunately the price of the technician almost outweighs the price of just buying a new printer at this point. I was hoping to find some help here from this community beforehand.

Hey everybody, 

we are experiencing an issue with our printer while printing different kind of color pages. Pretty much every page has different colored dots (almost looking like water drops) on one side of the paper in one of the basic colors cyan, magenta and yellow. There are no black dots, neither are there any drops in the middle of the page - only on the sides. Please find attached a picture showing one of our recent prints with the apparent issue.

Also on a side note, which seems to be a different issue: The color profile seems to be a way off. I also attached the picture that I printed. As you can see it looks a lot different that the original. 

I highly appreciate any help this community can provide.
