Re: Colorqube 8570 printing registration problem

  1. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button on the Control Panel to select [Troubleshooting], and then press the [OK] button.
  2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Paper Jams], and then press the [OK] button.
  3. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Paper Path Test], and then press the [OK] button.
  4. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Select Tray], and then press the [OK] button.
  5. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select the required paper tray, and then press the [OK] button.
  6. Press the [Return] button on the left to move back one menu level.
  7. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Single Print], and then press the [OK] button. The page will print a dotted line at the margin minimums.

If the same thing occurs, the printer has an alignment issue not a software issue.

It would require a call to support to get fixed.

Colorqube 8570 printing registration problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a new 8570 and I print full page photo color. The printer is printing off center; if I fill an entire 8.5x11 page with solid color and print, it has only 3mm of blank paper on top end and 7mm on the bottom, and 6mm on left side and 4mm on the right. I print on a lot of label stock and the print is falling off the edge of the labels (no ink on edge of label). Is there any kind of adjustment for moving where the printer prints onto the paper?

I had a Phaser that worked fine, but now I have this "upgrade". Any help is appreciated.
