Trying to print on a 4.5 x 6.25 inch sheet of paper, which is a custom paper size. Just switched from the Postscript driver to the PCL driver from the Xerox support reps suggestion (using Adobe program). However, the Colorqube still leaves uneven and extra wide margins. My other printers print perfectly on this paper size with even margins.
I have the size set up in the driver and on the printer, and have been through the manual many times to properly set up a custom size. Still no good and getting very frustrated with this $800 paper weight.
In the ColorQube 8570 Knowledge Base, there is a procedure that you can follow that might resolve your issue. Click here to visit the KB and then type in, uneven margins in the search field and click search. Now, click on the first search result and start with number 2. (Number 1 just states that the printer margins should be 5mm on all four edges of all paper sizes except for envelopes.) The second solution will guide you through checking that your margins are set correctly in the device. Follow the steps outlined in the procedure and hopefully the issue will be corrected.
