What have you done so far when it comes to troubleshooting etc.?

When it comes to the picture, it does look like it's actually the maintenence kit that's the problem.

 

Have a look HERE and see if that helps.

Perhaps this will shed some light on the issue. Below is what the cleaning page looks like. Notice the horizontal lines that appear to correspond with oil marks on the back side. There is also oil along the top, most notably on the left side.

Colorqube 8870DN Ghosting

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When printing multiple pages, if I print one color-dense image on the first page, there is a very light remnant of that first image on the second page that prints. This seems more siginifcant with cyan, but not exclusive to it. Any suggestions?
