Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article for Paper Jam - Remove Tray 2 for information on clearing a jam and cleaning the rollers.  If these steps do not clear up the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Colorqube 8880 False Paper Jam

Product Name: ColorQube 8880
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a Xerox 8880 cartridge-free wax ink stick based printer.

Last week it started telling me I had a paper jam, in the lower main paper tray (Tray 2) even though there's no paper visible.

I had quite a big work load, but luckily it allowed me to continue, using the front loading tray only.

Today it needed a clean, and the cleanign cycle is asking for the lower tray again, and telling me there is a jam again, even thgouh I can see no jam.

Any ideas? Looking in the lower opening I can see very little in the way of rollers or levers that could be faulty
