Colorqube 9303 keeps printing jobs when trays 3 and 5 run out

then you need to specify some names for each tray, so thay are in conflict with each other

also when you print from pc/mac , besure your type is not set to auto, setup to plain or something like that

We have print jobs that use several types of media and have to be printed in correct order for the warehouse to pull. Our 9203 had the same issue and I think they had to get a change sent from England to correct ? Need to find out what to do to the 9303 to get it to work the same.We tried adjusting the Auto Selection to Disable under Paper Tray Setting, did not work.  Had them originally set to same as the 9203 and that was not working either. Using 9303 driver on  windows XP PC's. Big Pain as hundreds of pages are printed on each job.
