You can't print rolls of paper on an 8870.

Paper rolls of any kind require a paper roll printer, like these.

Your colorqube needs paper like this.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the print labels solution from the online support for your machine. Make sure you have labels and the appropriate size selected in the program you are using.  If you continue to have issues printing labels please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have a Color Qube 8870 and have tried to print labels that are on a roll. The labels print out either with a 1 1/2" blank boarder all the way around or, if I enlarge the image, it prints on the corners of four labels. What is the trick to print to the Full Size of ONE label? Thanks
