Colouring first page when copying

Hi there

At my workplace we have a xerox workcenter 6605

I'm only here for a couple of months, but I woul like to fix the printerproblem before I go

When I print, the first page gets stribes of all colours. 

Then on the next pages, there aren't any stribes. 

How can I fix this?

I thought that the problem would be the colours, but since its only on the first side I dont think thats the problem.
