Hello, thank you for your response.  I forgot to mention but the problem appeared when i tried to print envelops. I dont know if it changes  anything.

On the other hand;

I am trying to print the troubleshooting print quality page but the instructions from the Xerox`s site is not enough to find how to.  Can you help me for that aswell please. I am firt time  Xerox system user and also the machine. 

1. Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
2. Under the Machine Information tab, select Information Pages.
3. Select Troubleshooting Print Quality Page.
4. Select Print. The troubleshooting print quality pages will be printed with instructions for identifying print quality problems.
5. Select Close to Exit the Information Pages section.
6. Compare your print-quality problems to the examples on the pages.

Save image as pdf and i. Adobe search for and check off " print as image"

I would recommend try printing the troubleshooting print quality page to figure out where the issue lies.

I am trying to print coloured copy, and the colours are not fitted correctly. I recently change the drum units by the way. When I send more than 1 copy for example 10 not all of them are same. Couple of first copies are printed okay after 5 or 6 they start to print like the one I sent as a jpg.  What is the problem and how can i fix the issue? Thank you.
