Command Workstation 5.8 doesn't show Tray 6 & 7 (OHCF)

When you install the print driver you will have to verify the accessories manually. For a windows machine install the print driver then go to Printer Properties and select the accessories tab to enable and verify your installed accessories. The Mac will require similar changes. Even if the machine sees that it has new options they will need to be verified.

Hi,

I thnk you need a tech to upgrade the machine software. Maybe the OHCF software did not match with the rest of the machine.

Hello! 

I have installed the Oversized High Capacity Feeder on my Xerox C75. I can COPY from tray 6 & 7. 

In command workstation, I can see the OHCF is installed on the picture but I can't print from tray 6 & 7.

When I try to print from an application (such as Acrobat), I can select tray 6 & 7 from the Paper Handling section and it sends to print, but it comes out from Tray 1.

I've tried changing the paper media size, and I get a message on the UI saying "Please load correct paper size on Tray 1. No matter if I choose Tray 6 or 7 it goes to Tray 1. I changed the priority on the trays and it switches to tray 2.

I've reinstalled Command Workstation on a Windows 7 Professional and on an iMac and I still get the same issues. I've updated all the drivers and the sp's.
