Sounds like you need to turn off the banner or cover sheet.  Please take a look at this article from the online support for your printer for information on turning off the banner/cover page option.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Como desactivo hoja

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: ventanas 10 x64
Al imprimir me imprime hoja adicional con la información de quien imprime y sus datos como desactivo esa hoja o que driver requiero descargar
