Completed error 016-749

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

We just purchased the Vesalink C7100 and I am unable to print from it with My Mac OS (ventura 13.0.1).  Each time I get a completed (Error) 016-749.  How can I resolve this?  Windows 10 pro prints fine.
