Hello,

Try these few steps:

  1. Make sure the paper tray selections on the copier and in your print driver match. 
  2. Ensure the paper in the trays match the paper selection on the copier and the print driver. 
  3. Reinstall print driver
  4. Print driver may need to be installed directly in the AS/400 system.

Completed with Errors

Product Name: Xerox VersaLink B625 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: IBM AS/400

When printing jobs from a AS400 we receive the following job error. "Completed with errors. Job was not printed to specific tray".  Job output is formatted correctly and the correct B625 driver is installed.  Just need to understand why we are seeing this message on the printer?
