Completed with Warning (116-703): PostScript LANG Interprete ERR:undefined(!)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

The Mac user cannot print a specific pdf which will show Error 116-703 on the copier. But it can be printed by Windows 10 which are using PCL printer driver.

See these Mac driver on download page.  The mac user is using ps driver.

If I run Driver type: pdf driver on Mac, it can install successfully. 

1. How to know if the above drivers are installed on Mac?

2. No PCL driver for Mac. Should we use pdf driver? But only one printer is installed. How to install addition pdf driver on Mac?

Please advise. Thanks.
