Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure I understand if the computer is shutting down or if your printer is shutting down. If it is your printer that is shutting down. I would suggest that you make sure you are on the current firmware for your printer and the current driver. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Every morning when i turn on my computer and when I print out my first job/document my computer shuts down. I log back in and send the print job again and it prints fine. This only happens when I send the first print job whether its a one page document or something from the internet. It also happens when the computer comes out of sleep mode. Any suggestions on why this would happen? Could it be firmware related?
