If it makes it but does so slowly, it is one of 2 scenarios.
1. Port setup
2. Really bad and troublesome print data being submitted that the printer takes a long time to process.
1. Will show on the server as the job hasn't left the AS400 completely until the printer starts printing
2. Job will have left the server and it shows on the printer UI
For 1, do a network trace to see why, for 2, you need a proper WSCO.
Of course there isn't an WSCO definition for the SC2020, so you will have to substitute another model.
Spec wise, it looks to be a FujiXerox device (Per the related products list on Xerox.com) that does Color and BW.
I would think the nearest match just may be the Versalink C405, which is XRXVLX is Xtools linked above.
So give that a go and see what happens, I no longer have access to an AS400 and definitely don't have access to an SC2020 (I don't think they are sold in North America) so I can't test it for you.

We're having printing issues with IBM AS 400 on a Xerox DocuCentre 2020. We looked around trying to figure out if there was any additional modules such as the WCO library but it turns out there it isn't one for the Xerox 2020 either on the Xerox officiel website nor the Fuji Xerox.
We are able to print but only in BW and it takes approximatively 2 to 3 mins for a single job coming from the IBM AS 400 system .
Any help would be great.
