At minute 0.45 of the video I read Wifi but on my printer I can't find the string, yet the antenna behind the printer is correctly installed. I updated the printer drivers and firmware but it didn't solve the problem. I have the printer connected to the main PC with an ethernet cable and a USB cable. I use the USB cable for printing and the other for maintenance operations (updating the firewall) and connecting to the printer software with the browser. I would like to be able to print from the laptop too. The laptop and landline are connected wirelessly to the phone which provides internet via hotspot. For me it would already be a step forward to understand that the Xerox WiFi device is broken.
