Re: Connection to a new wifi

Many thanks. I managed to figure out.

Through printer control panel I found the new network name under SSID and keyed in the New pass phrase. Once I had done this I printed out a configuration page to confirm changes. I then reinstalled the printer software and it was able to detect the printer again. All good. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly after I posted.

Re: Connection to a new wifi

You need to re-run the wifi setup, once you have that done it will be on the network, only then canyou expect the driver install to find it

Connection to a new wifi

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 7
My phaser 6510 with wireless module was working fine wireless. I had a Virgin router. I left virgin and got a new router, new provider, the printer can’t be seen or sent to now. I’ve tried to reinstall but driver disc doesn’t detect the printer any more. Can any body help?
