Controller Error 116-324 6600DN

Hello,

 

I have Phaser 6600DN printer which works fine we use a windows server 2012 as print server.

I have recently purchased a second Phaser 6600DN with same firmware and uses the same driver again this is added to the windows server 2012 print server it uses the PL driver not post script.

 

the issue is with this second printer when printing from IE11 HTML based page with Graphics I get the error 11-324 controller error, when printing from google chrome the same page works ok.  All other documents print ok

 

the first printer has no issues 

 

I am looking for advice as I am not sure why this second printer is having issues, to recap the second printer uses the same driver (which is the latest as the first printer)

 

all settings are identical, could this possibly be a faulty printer?
