This is my first posting on this support site.
Below i have some pictures of copies i have made on a Xerox 560. In order to upload my results correctly, i used a Cannon IR-ADV C5045.
Below is a few images of how copies have been coming out of our Xerox 560. The first image is just a piece of paper i drew arrows onto to show case the issue.
The second image shows a copy of my original with an output option of "All Edges" "0.0". As you can see, the copy came out with a small portion of the arrows cut off
The third image shows a copy of my original with an output option of "Print to Edge." As you can see, the copy came out much worse with more of the arrows cut off.
I was wondering if there is a setting in the Xerox 560 we can change or adjust to have copies, copy the image and outupt it as it shows without cutting edges off? This happens with Network Scanning and Copying only. Scan to Email does not have this issue in cutting off the edges. I hope this makes sense... If you have any questions or further clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I will do the best i can to help answer your questions and requests to help get this resolved.
Thank you,
Hi jim516.
Thanks for using the forum.
I have checked our Xerox Color 550/560 knowledgebase http://www.support.xerox.com/support/xerox-color-550-560/support/enus.html?associatedProduct=XRIP_55... for a solution. I was not sure what front end you were using so I selected the knowledge base with the built-in controller.
I did locate the following solution that discusses Thin Image Cut Off or Deletion at Edges When Copying or Printing
