Correct Paper settings for Neenah Image Clip Paper

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

I just bought the Phaser 6510 and I'm trying to print on Neenah Image Clip transfer paper.  The paper is 0.15mm thick and when I print with lightweight cardstock or bond, I get the result shown in the attached image. The toner doesn't wipe off but obviously I have some setting wrong.. when I print it on standard paper it prints just fine.

Has anyone here had success with this paper and what settings have you used?

Also, is there any way to convert micrometer mm readings to "paper weight g/m2.?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
